I liked that I needed an extra pillow and the staff accommodated me quickly. Also, the location was great, as it was quiet and a short 5 min drive into Santiago.

I had a great time, I loved the room. Very clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed during my stay, the hotel is just 15 minutes from the centre of the city by car and the area is well localized, near gas stations and groceries. Staff always available and very kind.

room is good, unfortunatelly Spa is extra charge. But room has a bath, so it was stunning to take a warm bath after long day.

Rooms good and some of us used the Spa which was great. good chose for breakfast.
